A-Eye Diagnostics was founded with a single mission: to bring better and more affordable healthcare to those who need it most. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge solutions to tackle the growing epidemic of eye diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) and glaucoma.

Uzair Jamil is a skilled and experienced CAD designer at A-Eye Diagnostics, with a mechanical engineering degree from NED University and a passion for developing devices to improve healthcare. Uzair’s expertise in CAD design is particularly valuable to our team, as he has experience in the mechanical design, fabrication, and documentation of ophthalmoscopy trainers and related devices. In addition to his CAD design skills, Uzair is also an expert in writing patents, bringing a unique perspective to our team and ensuring that our innovative solutions are protected.
Dr. Rida Shahzad is a key member of the A-Eye Diagnostics team, bringing extensive experience in research and a passion for improving healthcare for those living in remote and rural areas. With a double masters from the UK and a graduate of Aga Khan University, Karachi, Pakistan, Dr. Shahzad has a wealth of knowledge in the field of ophthalmology. She has been working with the CEO, Dr. Rehman Siddiqui, for over 10 years on various research projects, and has a special expertise in assessing the quality of published studies, synthesizing evidence, and identifying gaps in research.
Miqdad Khan is a valuable member of the A-Eye Diagnostics team, bringing a wealth of expertise in applied physics and a passion for developing innovative solutions to improve healthcare. With a degree in applied physics, Miqdad has research interests in a variety of fields, including optomechanics, optical system designing, optoelectronics, optical imaging, medical imaging in physics, medical physics, radiation oncology, laser engineering, and laser medical physics.
Dua-e-Fatima is a talented and dedicated AI engineer at A-Eye Diagnostics, bringing a wealth of expertise in computer information system engineering and a passion for developing cutting-edge AI models to improve healthcare.
With a degree from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Dua-e-Fatima has designed and developed AI models for the early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy, leveraging her expertise in analyzing large medical image datasets to train machine learning models and improve image processing.
